Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
As a lover of all things science, Cisco would jump at the chance to go into space. More than that, though, he wants to help people. If he believed that coming to New Dodge is going to let him do that, he would agree easily.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Cisco Ramon is a friendly, talkative guy. He makes new friends easily, and enjoys spending time around other people. In a new environment, he's the first to be social. I believe that will make him a productive addition to the game.
What will your character do for work?
Power plant engineer
Inventory:
His Vibe goggles and gauntlets, along with the small toolkit he uses to fix them on the go. A framed picture of Team Flash that he may or may not have forced his friends into. Twizzlers.
